NO LICENSE REQUIRED

WALKING AROUND MY NEIGHBORHOOD IN BROOKLYN I FOUND THIS GUY COOKING THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PORK BELLY ON A ROTISSERIE. HE MADE THIS BEAUTY FROM A 55 GAL DRUM SOME 30 YEARS AGO. THERE WAS SOME DISPUTE WHERE EXACTLY THE STEERING WHEEL CAME FROM.
A TRUE INSPIRATION.

HEAT RESISTANT SILVER PAINT
SEASONED WITH GARLIC, OREGANO, SALT AND PEPPER
 RIB ON BELLY
THIS DUDE ALSO MADE THIS 1930 FORD HOT ROD.

It's unreal what some people are doing in your neighbourhood. That looks like such a good spit, and considering that it's been in operation for 30 years, it must work well!

I have a drum but I need it whole for the Passata making day each year. maybe I should go source another one just for roasting!

amazing. sounds like quite the renaissance man. let's assume it was an oil drum and call this a renewable energy plan we can all support.

wait that doesn't make much sense.

either way i hope you got to taste the spoils...

Similar one at the rib joint down the street from us here in the Santa Monica Mountains of Los Angeles. Every weekend we drive by, open the windows to let the sweet smoke fill the car, then close them. Fantastic. Smells like summer.
