DUCK SALAMI

THESE DUCK BREASTS (HUNG TO DRY IN MY BROOKLYN GARDEN FLOOR BATHROOM SHOWER) TURNED OUT BEAUTIFULLY. THE SALAMI IS DELICIOUS AND DESTINED FOR THE WILLIAM BROWN PIZZA OVEN.

DELICIOUS BOOKSHOP

IN PORTLAND, ABOVE THE WATER FRONT ON MIDDLE ST., FLANKED BY GREAT LOCAL FOOD IS RABELAIS. IT IS THE MOST AMAZING FOOD RELATED BOOK SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. (SORRY COOKS AND LETTERS). IT IS A BRIGHT SHOP WITH THE MOST FANTASTIC EDIT OF VINTAGE, RARE, OUT OF PRINT AND NEW BOOKS ON FOOD AND DRINK. A MUST SEE.
