A MUST BUY FOR THE GAME COOK. THIS BOOK BEAUTIFULLY PHOTOGRAPHED BY MY CONTEMPORARY JASON LOWE IS IN A WORD, PERFECT. I IMMEDIATELY TRIED TWO RECIPES AS SOON AS IT ARRIVED FROM AMAZON. I HAD A DUCK IN THE FRIDGE THAT QUICKLY TURNED INTO SALAMIS. (USING THE BREASTS) ( STOCK AND CONFIT FOLLOWED) AND DUG OUT A RABBIT FROM THE WINTER HUNTING SEASON THAT WAS LYING DORMANT IN THE DEEP FREEZE TO BECOME TONNO DI CONIGLIO (LOOSELY TRANSLATED-RABBIT LIKE TUNA) OR BOTTLED RABBIT.
