NOCAL : COFFEE

TUCKED AWAY IN VALLEJO IS AN OBSESSED FRENCHMAN ROASTING SOME OF THE MOST DELICIOUS COFFEE I HAVE EVER TASTED. FABRICE IS HIS NAME AND HIS COMPANY IS MOSCHETTI. HIS COFFEE IS ROASTED PASSIONATELY AND IT IS SERVED UNPRETENTIOUSLY. WE TASTED COFFEE FOR ABOUT AN HOUR OF SEVERAL VARIETIES, MADE WITH DIFFERENT METHODS; INCLUDING A METHOD MADE BY THAT OLD DINER STANDARD EQUIPMENT MAKER BUNN. WHO IS MIMICKING THE FRENCH PRESS METHOD WITH AN AUTOMATIC MACHINE. (SEE PIC BELOW) WE WALKED OUT OF THERE BUZZED OUT OF HEADS WITH 3LBS OF COFFEE
UNDER OUR ARMS ROASTED AND PACKAGED IN A DISCARDED SHIPPING CONTAINER.
