A daughter of a NYC artist who fled the city, I grew up in Mileses in the 60s and 70s. Occasionally, I google my old hometown when I'm feeling nostalgic. Back then, the Memorial Day Parade took place in Fremont Center. Has the parade moved (or have they changed the name of that town)? Thanks so much for the photos, by the way.
