Your blog makes me supremely jealous on a daily basis. I see that you are enjoying the great Northwest, a bit of a change from your natural habitat back east. I reside in Portland these days, if you are here for much longer I would be happy to buy you a beer.

You must, MUST go to Cheese Bar while you are there! Local beer and wine, and an incredible selection of cheeses, some of which almost impossible to find elsewhere in the Unites States! Brunch at Tasty and Sons tomorrow, and get the somethingorother Board. I had the best chickenliver and Armagnac pate, and then the Morrocan Pork Stew is to die for.

You shouldn't miss the venison pate from Chop in City Market either...but then again, you really should stay for a month, and eat an drink your way across town!
