STEVE MC CARTHY AT CLEAR CREEK DISTILLERY IN PORTLAND IS MASTERFUL AT DISTILLATION AND HIS WHISKEY THAT HE IS PRODUCING (IN FAR TOO LITTLE QUANTITY) IS AMAZING.
Love the McCarthy's whiskey. I buy one for my father every once in a while so we can share a nice drink together. (He only lets me have one or two glasses :)
