JUST GOOD TO GET OUT...
(MY DAD USED TO SAY.) ALL THE CONDITIONS WERE AGAINST US FOR THE DUCK HUNT TODAY, UP NEAR RYE NY. RAIN, NO WIND AND WARM WEATHER MADE FOR A VERY FRUSTRATING HUNT. THERE WAS PLENTY OF WATERFOWL AROUND. (OLD SQUAW, BUFFLE HEADS, BLUE BILLS, MALLARDS, SEA DUCKS AND A FEW CANADA GEESE.) BUT VERY FEW FLYING. (AND THOSE WHO WERE FLYING WERE AVOIDING OUR DECOYS) BUT, THERE WAS HOT COFFEE ON THE BOAT AND GOOD COMPANY. WHAT A GREAT FIND, LESS THAN AN HOUR FROM MY HOUSE IN BROOKLYN. I'LL BE BACK.

Still dekes and no ripple makes for a tough hunt. Try adding a few H2O quiver magnets to your spread. They add a little ripple in your spread and are only ten bucks a piece
I concur. Nice boat.
