BROWN VS BROWN



SOME LATE NIGHT IN 1926 THE HOT BROWN WAS BORN. IT WAS CREATED AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO THE HAM AND EGGS USUALLY SERVED TO PARTYING GUESTS AT THE BROWN HOTEL IN LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY.
THIS IS DEFINITELY A DISH CREATED FOR DRUNK FOLKS. IT IS BASICALLY AN OPENED FACE TURKEY AND BACON SANDWICH COVERED IN A MONRAY SAUCE ON A BED OF WHITE TOAST WITH SOME TOMATOES THROWN IN FOR GOOD MEASURE AND TOPPED WITH A GRATE OF PARMESAN CHEESE. A MAJOR GUT BOMB-I DID NOT FINISH IT AND NEEDED A "PAPPY" TO CUT THROUGH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE.
IN CONCLUSION: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Louisville is pretty sweet, and the Brown (mentioned in F.S.Fitzgerald) is awesome. Sudden flashbacks to a fraternity formal or two, Makers, and good times.
