I NOTICED ON MY RECENT DRIVE UP TO THE FARM THAT MY NEIGHBORS HAD TAPPED EVERY MAPLE TREE ON THE HILL, INCLUDING A FEW OF MINE. THE WEATHER CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN PERFECT FOR THE MAPLE SAP TO RUN LIKE CRAZY.
