WEEKEND BREAKFAST

I LOVE A BREAKFAST SANDWICH (OR A BURRITO FOR THAT MATTER) SO WITH MOUNDS OF PORK KICKING AROUND FROM THIS YEARS PIG HARVEST I DECIDED ON AN OPEN FACE SAUSAGE AND EGG WITH LOCAL FARM EGGS, ENGLISH MUFFIN BREAD AND A WISCONSIN CHEESE FROM A LANDS END EVENT GIVE AWAY BAG. (BELIEVE IT OR NOT)  THE RECIPE IS A QUICK, SIMPLE ONE:
GROUND PORK
BROWN SUGAR
SALT
WHITE PEPPER
FENNEL SEED
NUTMEG
FRESH SAGE

PAN FRIED ON TOAST WITH MELTED CHEESE 
AND SUNNY SIDE EGG
