HUNG OVER, HUNGRY AND LOOKING FOR RELIEF, I DECIDED TO MAKE SOME HUEVOS RANCHEROS. THE HEAVY ASS ALUMINUM TORTILLA PRESS I SCHLEPPED BACK FROM MEXICO WAS FINALLY PUT TO GOOD USE. THE LEFT OVER PORK STEW WAS USED UP AS WELL AND DRESSED WITH RANCHERO SAUCE (MADE FROM SOME GARDEN TOMATOES AND A DRIED CHIPOTLE KICKING AROUND) AND TOPPED WITH EGGS FROM THE AGWAY (OUR LOCAL FARM STORE).
