GOBBLE GOBBLE

THIS WAS A FIRST. WE GOT THESE TURKEY EGGS (THE FRECKLED ONES) AT THE MARKET IN MONTREAL.
I'VE EATEN CHICKEN, QUAIL, AND DUCK EGGS BUT THESE TURKEY EGGS WERE LIKE NOTHING I'D EATEN BEFORE. SOMEHOW, THEY HAD ALL THE RICHNESS AND CREAMINESS OF THE DUCK WITHOUT THE BARNYARD GAMINESS. THEY ARE REALLY GOOD.
