40'S WOOLRICH

I KNOW WE SEE MANY OF THESE, BUT I LOVE THE AGE AND SHOULDER PATCHES ON THIS ONE THAT MY BUDDY FOUND IN A TEXAS GARAGE SALE AND SENT UP MY WAY.

My dad and uncle were members of the Detroit Sportsmen's Congress in the 60s. I recently asked him what the hell they did out there, given he never took a gun with him. He claims not to remember, but I think back then they mostly played cards and drank draft beer. The shooting range is still out there on the banks of the Clinton River in the Rochester Hills.

This is just not fair! I see all these great pieces and I'm so far removed from garage sales and flea markets here in Australia! I hope to score some items when I come over. Will you take me to the good places?
