DEFINITELY ONE OF THE CULINARY HIGHLIGHTS IN PARIS WAS THIS GIANT BOWL OF CHOCOLATE MOUSSE THAT IS LEFT AT YOUR TABLE FOR DESSERT AT CHEZ JANOU. THEY LEAVE IT TO YOUR DISCRETION TO SERVE YOURSELF, WHICH YOU COULD IMAGINE IS DANGEROUS TERRITORY.
