MY BUDDY DEWEY SAID THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CHECKED OUT AND HE WAS RIGHT. LOUIS SHOE REBUILDERS IS IN THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING ON THE 33RD ST. SIDE.
